Q: Can you remove stains?
We do remove stains but not all stains. The reason is because some stains such as dye stains are not easy to remove. These stains require bleaching which can affect your carpet. Although we can’t promise on removing dye stains, we can offer various solutions to make your carpet look better than before.
Q: How much does it cost to clean my carpets?
It can cost as little as $75 through to over $1000 depending on the condition of the carpet and also the size. Tough stains will prove to be expensive than others. Q: Do you guarantee your work?
Our priority is to make you 100% happy. If you are completely unsatisfied, we are happy to return your money. Every cleaner will advise on the expected outcomes before commencing. In most cases we will make your carpet look close to new again. For older carpets the process may take longer and results are sometimes hard to determine.
Q: How long does it take?
The process takes approximately 1-3 hours depending on the size and condition of the carpet. Emergency cases such as floods can take a whole day working on carpets in the whole house.
Q: Can you move my furniture?
We move light furniture such as dining seats, sofas, coffee tables, family room furniture and chairs in larger rooms. We don’t handle or move stereo equipment’s, TVs, Pianos or delicate objects. In the bedroom, we do not move any furniture at all especially when working in the whole house.
Q: Can you also do pest control?
Yes, we can also organise a quote for your pest control. We also offer end of lease (bond) cleaning if you are vacating your property.

Apart from emergency cases, our crews are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM – Monday – Friday.
